Buying or Refinancing a House

Whether you want to refinance or buy a house, or your mortgage is underwater, there is a very good chance that there is hope and a program to help you.

There are programs that you may utilize and you should certainly look at them. One program is called HARP. Really, the government does want to help. They do not want foreclosures.
